I paid Rs.100 to get a location certificate in a Village office.

To get location certificate, Uliyazhthura village office (in Trivandrum) clerk continuesly asked me to come next day for a week. finally he said, i can other wise do without coming also and smiled. I understood, and considering pain of taking permission from office daily to reach village office and travelling in noon hot sun shine, i paid Rs.100 to him. He smiled again said everything will be alright by next day. I got it on next visit. All village and tahasil offices and Road Transport Offices are corrupt. Also worth to state good staff are also there as more and more young educated people enter service. But... need more reform.
