I paid Rs.10000 to a so called patriatric ex-serviceman *******

Recently on 22.3.12 I visited Gramapanchayat, Madavara, Bangalore to get katha certificate of my newly purchased site in Madavara Gramapanchayat limit. The PDO of the Gramaphnchayat, **********. **********. **********. Veerabadhra Swamy, so called a petriatric Ex-serviceman in Indian Air Force, who was selected for a post of PDO demanded Rs. 15000 to issue katha. He was so rude that without payment of the said amount he was not ready to issue katha. After bargaining it was settled for Rs.10000. As I had to go abrod on the same eveining I was forced to pay Rs.10000 and got the katha within in 5 minutes. Really I felt ashamed with the beheviour of an IAF ex-serviceman behaviour. He was ready to any thing for the money. Shame, shame , shame veerabadhara swamy peopel like you should not have joined *******
