A police person comes to our hostel at a premier institute in uttarakhand for the so called passport verification and asks me to pay 300 as fees. I know it was a bribe but still unsure and do not want to take any risk because I know giving the bribe definitely expedites the process of getting my passport and in fact I had no choice but to pay the 'fee'
