My name is Prateek kushwaha , last year on 24/12/2014 i submitted passport application online and i got appointment date of 27/12/ 2014. Then i visited PSK and sucessfully submitted my documents and also completed mandatory process at PSK varanasi
and i got my file no. - LK4068342479414
Then on 6 January a constable named Bal ram singh tomar came to my house for enquiry , he gave a list mentioning documents to be be submitted in Kareli Police station Allahabad then after two days after gathering all my documents i went to to police station there were two police men named Vipin Yadav and munsi Rawat they demaded me to give Rs 500 i thought that it is fees that has to be submitted as i other people who came their for passport enquiry were paying too . Then on the a police person called me he said you have again report tommorow again to kareli police station .On next days when i visited police station two police person named munsi Rawat and Suman Pandey told that your passport enquiry cannot be forwaded they told me in you have to come and give Rs 2000 other wise your application will not be forwarded so in evening went along with my maternal uncle and gave them Rs2000 then after twenty days when i checked status it showed that " police verification report not clear and application is under regional passport office review ", i was shocked as i submitted all things correctly .On next day i went those two police person and asked how this happens and i also asked them to return my money ,but they both started using abusing language and said to me not speak any thing and go back other wise under dhara 140 we send you in jail and there fore i returned back
Iam 12 passout student i thought i wasted my Rs2500 i became very sad
But then i apply an RTI to regional passport office lucknow in RTI answer it shows police report is not correct and shows that i am of Jaunpur . Although have been living at same address in allahabad from my birth and all my id , aadhar is of Allahabad address. police without any proof declared me a residence of jaunpur
Then in may i again applied with full preparation to regional passport office for re enquiry so 30 may i went to kareli police station for enquiry and this time went along with my mother as my father is residing in chattisgarh for job purpose , i also took two RTI letters from regional passport office and one rti from SP Allahabad . This my mother who was very angry with police that she will not give any sort of money whether you send correct report or not and there fore he submitted my documents without giving any money and after one week on status it showed police report submitted and passport will dispatched soon and on 15 june i was dispatched and i got my passport on 16 june
I request you to please take strict action against these poeple because they wasted my time ,money ,played with my carrer and also get me mentally depressed otherwise many like me would suffer the same problem in future
