I'm Staying in Neelangarai,Chennai. I gone for Driving Class for 1 Month. I went to get my 4 Wheeler License in Thiruvaanmiyur. I was forced to pay bribe to get my License without going for Test Drive. When i Asked Why to pay Bribe, They told that this is the Process all are following(i.e All are Forced to pay Bribe). Please Take Necessary Action to Avoid this to Happen Again.
