Sir,
I am shashank, a medical student in nellore. I came to chennai to drop my parents who were going to cochi from chennai airport to attend a 3 day medical conference. They had a work to attend near the high court area. Just as I dropped them and was ready to move my vehicle my tyre was locked. I was fined 1475rs. When I went to show him the documents, he asked me to pay either 500rs or he would write the bill of 1475 which he asked me to pay in the court, and not to him. If I pay 500rs he said he would unlock immediately. As my parents had a flight to catch, I had no option but to pay him 500rs. Its not the fine that mattered. Its the way he spoke. It is nothing but blackmail. The police name is Nazimuddin. The van no is Tn 23 g 1006. I would like to lodge a complaint.
