I reside in Greater Noida and had applied for passport to self and my wife. The police came for verification and demanded Rs 3000 as bribe or else threatened to write negative verification. Somehow agreed for Rs. 2000/-. After 4 days another came and demanded 2000/- I had only 1500/- that time. so paid as he threatened to have negative remarks on verification. When everything is ok and I am living here and is a retired Army personnel....still I had to pay money...God Save this country from corruption. Now my hope is only this Lokpal Bill. If enquired we can see these officials under a book.
