IDPL Bribe in name of Army flag day receipt

• Paid INR 1,000

Today at Tambaram RTO - IDPL fees was 1000 which I paid and got a proper computer generated receipt. However persons working there asked for 1000 extra for Army flag fund. He took out 10 receipts each 100 rupees. Wrote my name and did not even give me the counter receipt for 1000 taken for it.

The corruption there is very organized and meticulous. Agents and touts know the process very well and they (employees as well agents) are bold, brazen,daring and most corrupt. Both males & females are doing very casually as though they are doing regular work.

The unfortunate thing is from top to bottom officials are involved with agents. Common public is not allowed and even if they talk they are of no value.

My sincere feedback is we will never progress as a nation.
