I can understand if one has to pay bribe when rules are broken but what I don't understand is, why should I pay bribe when I am following all the rules and regulations that the authority has published?
I am building a house which comes under the BBMP, Rajarajeswari Nagar limits and thus have to get a Building license from the BBMP. If you won't pay bribe then you won't get the license is what I understood after doing a bit of running around.
Paying bribe has become a part of the license fee nowadays, I hope that I paid a Bribe movement can bring about a change. I believe size and numbers does matter.
