THE PREVENTIVE OFFICERS HAVE FIXED RATE PER CONTAINER COMING IN OR OUT OF SEZ. THE SECURITY GUARD CHARGE FOR EVERY MOVEMENT OF GOODS AT THE GATE. THERE IS LOT OF MONEY EXCHANGED .
