Impossible to register your new flat without paying bribe in Bangalore

• Paid INR 40,000

I paid a bribe of 40000 to Sub-registrar office in Basavangudi, Bangalore. Though i had paid all property related taxes.
Its impossible to register your property in Bangalore without paying bribe.

I had no other option because i had the fear of losing my flat.
