Improper parking lines

Everyone in Pune must know, we hardly have proper parking lines, though there is area defined the lines are not marked. I happen to park my bike on FC road opposite HDFC bank and when I came back, my bike was gone.
Was informed by security that my bike was picked by Trafic police for improper parking. Everyone was there was shouting these people do not create proper line and than pick you Bike...

Finally I went to police designed lot were all picked up bikes are kept, I was asked for documents by the people who was not police but have been contarted for this work...
I showed them the docs..
They they started finding out loop holes..
PUC kub hai hai.. 2 din may expire hoone wala hai.
Insurance ke original paper nahi rahe uska 150
Lisence MP ka hai uske 150Rs.. and finally count went to Rs 500.
Okay.. finally after lots of discussion and talking good and bad of system the cost came to Rs 350...

I said Okay.. I'll the payment recipet ... than the cost came up again .. to Rs 800... as I was not carring original documents.. and may be I was not knowing local language too..

Finally.. I have to give Rs 200 after wasting 1.5hrs standing in sun..
