As i could learn from internet that i should have finned a amount Rs.100 of not carrying licence along while driving accordind to MVA 177 1988. but i have been asked for Rs 500 initially by Mr.Shanmugasundharam. Then i saw him settling for 300 Rs. And in just a min time he came down to 200. And then finally a 100 in his hands. cant the law be made transparent to public as these laws are meant to serve the public. I have made a recording of Mr.Shanmugasundaram's argument though not a clear video voice can be heard and i have taken a little risk to show shanmugasundaram too.
