I have submitted an application for income certificate and non-creamylayer certificate in the village office for a job application in the central government. I know my parents income comes under 1.5 lakhs that time and I have brought all the documents to claim that. But, the village officer told me to come after a week, and I gone there again. He told me to come after three days, I have gone, but he told me to come another day,just telling that he want to enquire about my parents income personally. At the last time, I asked him again the reason for telling me to come again, he told me the same thing, he want to enquire about it,I did not go home that time, and again I entered into his chamber and asked,but he told me to give 1000 rupees, I was in need of that certificate I told him that I hace only 500, and I paid that 500 then he gave the certificate at the moment, then I went to the Taluk office to get the noncreamylayer certificate, thahasildar also told me to come another day, but I enquired about this matter to the application writer (paid service, private) nearby the taluk office, he told me that I want to pay 500 or more to tahasildar to get the noncreamylayer.I was terrified,and withdrawn the request and that plan. After that incident, I nver applied to any government posts as an OBC candidate, only as general candidate.
