Indane gas cylinder transfer

While getting my cylinder transfered to new address. I paid Rs. 20 as bribe, bribe was not directly asked. When the transfer amount was asked it was transfer amount + Rs 20. Came to know about this after I revceived the receipt. When asked they said its normal.

This incident happened with Vasanth enterprises, Indane gas distributors, Indiranager bangalore.
