Indian Ministry Is Corrupted

• New Passport Application
• Paid INR 3,000

They told me that if u have affidavit 'F' den u have to pay 4000Rs R Else U Have To Pay 10000 Rs. And they told me that if u have money then u can make a fake passport also.......... So i am requesting all other countries that plz while processing VISA to an indian becarefull............... AS a INDIAN speak like this is very shamefull i know but extreme secured department of india is Corrupted .
