Indirectly blackmailed to pay a bribe

I applied for a bank loan for my studies but they do not respond me.they acted like they will not get a bribe at any cost.but indirectly he ask a bribe he arranged for my bank loan only after getting bribe.but i got 65% which has qualification for applying a loan.but i did not see him after getting bribe.now i completed my degree i fear of him if he will do anything while i'm purusuing my degree.so now i am filing a complaint.
