I paid Rs 150 (100 for ILP, Rs 50 bribe) at Mizoram house in Silchar. I had to reach Aizawl on the same day, and I was told that I might need to wait till the next morning if it was not ready by 4:00 PM. It still took three hours to process it.

At Nagaland house in Guwahati, I paid Rs 50 (no bribe) for my tourist ILP, which took only ten minutes to process.
