I complete construction of hotel; First health inspector asks for Rs 125000/- to issue trade licence for a 44 room lodge; (Note that it was already completed, tax assessed by BBMP revenue dept; I refused to pay; He write many comments on application and keep file pending; New inspector took INR 135000 to close earlier file and issue licence; ********** nagar area
