I am not sure about the name, but he worked in BBMP Office, Kothnur. This occured at around 1 p.m. There was no current and I was about to go out when he called me and asked me 'Swalpa duddu kodi service ge" ("Give me extra fees for this service"). I did not know what to say and went out but he insisted in asking me. I had to give him something otherwise he would have not proceeded with my application and my father would be a defaulter and unfortunately, I did not have change and has only 100's so gave him 100 rupees.
