Inspector asked for bribe if I want to get pass in test without any hassle

I went to Uppal Hyderabad RTO for getting permanent new driving license for LMV and motorcycle with gear. I knew driving and could have passed the test but inspector at gate told if you want to get pass the test, you need to take help of agent. I said I have already suffered due to agent and do not want it again. As I know driving, I can pass the test. He told why you want to come again and again as you may be failed by inspector. I will talk to him now and he will give clearance in driving test and I agreed as my learner license was expiring and RTO was 20 km from my home. He asked for 1000 rs but i had 700 hence he agreed and took.
