Insted of Chalan,he took bribe
I was traveling from nizamabad to secundrabad trough devagari express and purchased general second class ticket and go into reservation compartment and the TC came in and started negotiation and collected 50 RS for not writing chalan and letting me travel in the same reservation compartment. and also he signed my ticket as if his sign is a receipt
