There is no mention for building parwana for 6 months lastly I Paid Rs 30000/-,yet light ,water ,noc are to take for which if you don't pay halpatemara for years without any comeout.I want to add my name in my husband property but they don't at grampanchayat.In business we have to give bribe to managers
