I purchased an apartment at Yediyur, 6th Block, **********, Bangalore. I went for a khata transfer and went to Revenue office at Chennamannakere Achkut, Banashankari. And I tried to contact the Revenue officer of my division. It took many days to get the right person. As nobody was giving right answer as many was turning away their face. Then I got my Revenue Inspector Mr. **********and i stuck a deal for Khata. And as many people as advised me without a bribe you cannot get a khata done. And I requested the R.I (Revenue Inspector) for Khata to be done and asked the bribe amount and he started how much i Can PAY. So i Quoted Rs.10,000/= (inclusive of Rs. 7,500/= for the Khata transfer fee. The R.I started dancing all around the Office. He got angry and he talked all abusive words indirectly. And he threw the application and told me to submit. what i want upto 30,000/=After 15 days he made a call and negotiated. I started from 3,000/= and stopped at 5,000/= and paid him 5,000/= and took the khata after one and a half month. At that time Sakala was launched. And I Paid my Bribe money in front of the Sakala Banner. The Revenue Inspector received the Bribe money Sakala.
