I bought revenue land from the person which belongs to her. However, due to some goondas like Ex-mayor and coucillors, i approached them for khatha. I paid Rs.350000.00 to ex-mayor Mr. Lakshminarayana who is don in Byatarayanapura Area. My site is located in Gajendranagar in Avalahalli Limits. Now the Spl DC has directed to issue khatha in the name of the landlord. However, when i approach BBMP office in Avalahalli, they asked me to get in touch with Mr. Lakshminarayana to take it forward. This has been the case in this area for so many years. Even aboloshing panchayat Raj ACT in India, these kind of acts still exist even in 22nd Century.
