I visited the BBMP office to transfer the B khatha from the existing owner. I went to the Tax inspector office, there was a person who enquired the details and helped me to the fill the form. He discussed with the tax inspector and negotiated 2,500. There is no formal processes defined and displayed in the BBMP office. It would be good if this is streamlined.
