Dear all ..
went to BBMP office in batranpura hebbal for the transfer of our flat khatha . the person whom i met he said 18 k to do this job . I told him you people born to how many fathers?.. and then after a week i went through a person he said 5k to do all . i have to nego to 4k . if yes let him do or will not do . state govt all dept are burden on us .. when you dont go through this way they harass saying get this document that one etc etc .. I am sure the commissioner is aware of all this ...
