KR Puram RTO office is collecting an additional 10 rupees on every challan payment. Thousands of people are paying when questioned they are shouting on people in local language quoting various reasons.
The entire office is filled up bookers, mediators and driving school partners.
Without paying the bribe no individual is able to get the license.
