Even after mylong enough govt.service well eligible for inchargeship in a govt. hospital,i had to pay rs.20000 to the c.m.o.about three yrs. back.this way we r promoted to make a ********** to collect bribe from our juniors also.THANKS GOD i hav'nt taken even a single from anyone till **********.
