Lady at the ********** Nagar Bescom Office
This happened at the BESCOM office in ********** Nagar - Austin Town. We had to get the address corrected in out Electric Bill as it was wrong. Our records show correct address but only in their Computer the data was wrong. This was required for the LPG connection verification.
We went to the 3rd floor and approached the lady with the computer. She refused to do the my work saying different reasons and asked us to come some other time. I stayed on then, she asked for 50 rupees to be given to the peun just to get the file from inside room. I had to pay. She continued to say different reasons .I came back without getting my work done.
