Last minute booking
Had to make an unplanned journey and boarded train (1041 Chennai Exp) on a waitlisted ticket. The TT issued a new ticket giving away the berth allotted to him, rounded of the ticket amount to the nearest 1000 and kept the change.
I was in a desperate situation, so I didn't have other options, but I'm sure i caused my fellow passengers some trouble.
