I newly baught activa, and i have learner licence i was driving my vehical without learning "L" sign in my vehical. Trafic inspector after catching me scared me that my learning licence wont get permament licence if he mark any complain against me and official panalty he said was 3000 and then he given me bribe of 300 option which i accepted n given him my first bribe
Really felling terriable, but yes today i paid bribe
