So I was learning how to drive at 5 in the morning when no cars were out there, and ofcourse the cops were out to collect their early morning duties from the trucks. As I was learning I had applied for a learner's license but did not yet have it. As a result, they stopped me, and demanded 100Rs. No Receipt for the fine was made.
