We want to get lease deed of our society at Nerul. Since consultants charges are quite phenominal, thought of personally taking up the issue with Estate Officer at cidco bhavan, belapur. The person who handles it wanted bribe to the extent of 1 lakh but negotiated it for 60 to 70 thousand but still not finalised. Paid Rs.35000 with a file containing all copies of required documents. One month is already over, and now given a letter to town planning office for getting details of how many units are there like total number of flats and shops. There it is stuck up, asked to come after 15 days. Do not know still how many days and weeks will be required to get a final document. Hope by giving these details, it would not create more problems and delays.
