There is very worst situation in every indian RTO offices, if we goto take driving licence in any indian RTO they ask minimum 300 for LLR otherwise they will made us fail in the exam, in the same way they ask minimum 500 otherwise the driving test will fail, if we are thorough in the driving also, for 2 wheeler driving licence, LLR minimum 300 and DL minimum 500 for 4 whe, elere it costs more than 4000, There is no response from any police or Lokayukta (an anti-corruption team) if we complaint also.
