I took complete 1 month to get our re connection, house @ Indirapuram,after 23 rounds of local ele. department @ Indirapuram-ghaziabad, i thought i have to pay the bribe to get the reconnection, to the "line man & JE", or they not going to trace my ele.meter and without that my ele. connection won't start. i don't understand its the system or it's me, who have corrupted the system, 'local Line man':- without paying the bribe i won't get me re-connection. so after 28 days, i thought i have to pay the bribe. I don't know i'm right or wrong? on this?....
