Lodging complaint for Los of SIM and Mobile.

I had to wait for 4 to 6 hrs and paid 700 bribe for lodging complaint of my Phone. I am concerned because Assam is a Naxel prone area.
I was being responsible and had to lodge complaint . For this I have paid 700 Rs. They treated us like we had done some thing wrong. The date I mentioned is not exact , But mostly in that week.
