Vodafone requires a copy of police complaint for issuing a duplicate SIM. went to Lohegaon police chowki for complaint on 23May16 at 8PM. asked to come back next day morning. went again on 24May16. police compliant issued after paying a "fee" of Rs100/- without receipt. bribe paid on 24May16 at 9:50AM
