Hi,
I was visiting the Mysore Palace with my family last week. There was a policeman(not sure, may be from Cultural dept.) standing near the scanning machine to check luggage. He asked me to give him 10.00 to allow the camera in. When I asked for the receipt, he started to shout and told this money goes to govt. itself. Then he moved to a spot where there no CCTV camera coverage and asked me to handover the money and showed me the camera.
