FOR MAKING BILL OF THE PRODUCT

I want the bill of the product that i have purchage from that shop. I want the duplicate bill of that product, but they ask me to buy another product or pay 25% of the amount of the bill you want. So i have to pay Rs.3000 to them to make my original bill of my product.
