Hi,
I was married in August 2009, at Khammam and i stay in Hyderabad.When i went to registration office at 2pm and they asked me to wait, till 3 pm i didn't get any response from them and they said they will close at 3.30 pm, finally at 3.15 pm one person came and taken all the certificates, though all the documents are correct they started saying photos are not clear,and he asked me to come again, i understood his problem and paid 500 bribe(To and fro charges and Time calculates more than 500 for me so i paid 500)
