Marriage registrar office at Ghaziabad openly takes bribe of 300 from everyone.

They force everyone to pay them 300 rupees for the certificate registration, it is so open that even if you visit the place they will ask you to pay. Some said that who ever works at that office become worth crores in few months.
@Admin : Please ask the government to take every report seriously and punish those culprits, government offices feels like a loot house to me, every place has bribery.
