Dear Team,
I don't know whether you consider it as a Bribe or not. Today morning I have used the toilet services provided by BBMP in its premises of Kempegowda Bus Stand (Majestic) where it is clearly mentioned that Rs.2 has to be charge for toilet services and Use of urinals is free.
But in actual I have been asked to pay Rs.5 for use of toilet service as well as I saw the person sitting on table collecting money (Rs. 1 or 2) for use of Urinals also.
At the same time a BBMP official came there and money collector has not changed his practice and still continued his practice of money collection.
During my presence of 15 minutes I have seen about 50 people paying 1 or 2 rupees to the collector, Imagine the days collection of rupees.
In short I have paid a bribe along with lots of people who are in urge to use the service and has no time to argue with collector before service use.
