I am a graduate from ********** medical college. Ever time, i need a letter verifying my credentials, I have to pay the guys in the administration department at least Rs. 500. I have paid it at least on five occasions. Even more worst, is the last time I needed it, I had to pay in typical"Bharateeyudu" style, with the money in between the pages for a requistion. When I gave him Rs. 200, he was laughing and told me that it will take a long time for that price.
