I got admission into a top college of India. I had to submit medical fitness certificate for the admission. When I tried to approach a doctor in the Government hospital of the city, I was stopped at the gate of the doctor's room by a peon. He asked me the purpose of the visit and asked me 200 Rs. to get the work done. Ultimately I had to pay the money to him which he later transferred to the doctor.
