I am a physician in USA and for Licensing in various States in USA direct verification of Medical School Transcripts and Marks from my Medical College in India (UCMS) is required. My parents had to bribe ($75 = Rs.3750) the person in the College for him to directly send my documents to the State Licensing Board in USA. This service should typically cost me nothing.
