Each and every minister is corrupt. I got the building permission for the 4 storeyd building only after a minister called up the authorities and even after that they needed a bribe of 5 lakhs.
The most corrupt minister of Assam is Himanta Biswa ********** and believe me he is gonna be the next CM of the state
