CGBSE doesn't give migration certificate along with the Mark sheet. For my admission in collage I has to submit my migration certificate so I reported the Madhyamik Siksha Mandal Raipur, I filled up the form and submitted the fee required to get the certificate. they said to come after 10-15 days. I went then, I waited their for 3 hours and then when it was my turn I went inside and I show my reciept, he said me to give 200 rs I asked why? he said tumhara kaam baki logo se pehle kiya h. I don't know what was in my mind at that time and I gave him 100Rs. But I think now that I did the wrongest thing in my life.
