Issue: ECR line added to my passport, in spite of the fact that all the proper documents were submitted (Previous passport had ECNR as well)
Logical Procedure: Regional Passport Office should rectify this mistake and ascertain why it occurred and should adhere to a quality control procedure
What Actually Happens: They ask me to pay 1000 INR and also to accept his as my mistake. In addition pay 2000 INR bribe for the Passport Superintendent and the Passport Officer
