Seafareres are forced to pay bribe for getting their Job done at time as there is no system or fixed time frame(even if it is mentioned in forms) office boys create wrong picture and expects extra money for timely service.For each and every renewal of certificates their is same story.Either they try to find some faults in papers/documents and torcher applicants.
